Azure Cloud Services List
Windows Azure has several services available for use when you first sign up with Azure. Some of these services fall into category such as Platform as a Service and some fall into category such as Infrastructure as a Service.
There are several important differences between these two types and they are mostly involved level of access to the underlying infrastructure.
